What We Do
YELLOWTAPE CHARITY is a 501(c)(3) public charity committed to serving our Charlotte community through a range of impactful programs. We focus on two primary areas:
Clean & Green Environment: We organize community clean-up events, promote responsible waste disposal, and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining public spaces. We encourage students, youths, and young families to actively participate in green initiatives.
Support for Children in Need: We provide essential aid, educational resources, and opportunities for underprivileged children, helping them overcome challenges and move towards a brighter future.

🍂 "Charlotte Green & Clean" Event and Toy Drive
Join YELLOWTAPE CHARITY in spreading community spirit by making our Charlotte cleaner and greener, and bringing joy to children in need! We'll start with a park clean-up, followed by a family-friendly gathering at a nearby community center, where we'll collect toys and make lasting memories together.
Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Independence Park Clean-up.
Meet at the main park entrance.
Gloves and trash bags will be provided.
Suitable for all ages!
12:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch & Toy Drive at Charlotte Community Center
Location: 2225 East 4th St, Charlotte, NC 28204 (near the park).
Cost: Free to participate!
Toy Drive: Please bring a new, unwrapped toy, or a gently used toy in good condition. All donations will go to underprivileged children in Charlotte just before the holiday season.
Activities: Enjoy a light lunch, fun games for kids, and an opportunity to connect with fellow community lovers.
What to Bring/Wear: Comfortable clothing, a readiness to work, and a big smile!
Our Goal: To collect over 200 toys and beautify one of Charlotte's beloved parks!

Help us bring smiles to children's faces! You can contribute by bringing a new or gently used toy in good condition to our "Charlotte Green & Clean" event. We encourage reusing toys to prevent waste and maximize impact. Your thoughtful donation directly supports a child in need in our community.
🧹 Volunteer for Clean-Up
Roll up your sleeves and help us keep Charlotte beautiful! Join us for the park clean-up portion of our event. We need enthusiastic volunteers to help us pick up litter and maintain our public spaces. Your time and effort make our city greener and more enjoyable for everyone.
